The question I've been asked a plethora of times is, “why should I pay you?”
I have worked with runners and clients alike who are struggling with a problem whether that be pain, weakness, injuries, running, etc. They struggle with these issues for weeks/months, even years at a time. My response is always the same, “what is your pain/problem worth to you?”
I am here as a Certified Personal Trainer and Specialist in Exercise Therapy with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy to help guide you to a solution and then the resolution of the problem. What does that mean for you? It means you must decide what your value is and what your overall goal is worth in this endeavor. How much does your goal mean to you? If you are still uncertain about your answer, I have another question. How much have you already spent because of this? I am talking about the doctor visits, the massages, the tools and gadgets bought, or the “quick-fixes.” You must also include the time you missed because you were dealing with this issue/problem: all the races, the dances, good night’s rest, playing with grandkids, going out with friends, and the accommodations made. I am here to help forego all of that as much as possible. It all comes back to how much your own goal means to you and what it would mean to achieve it. Your health and happiness in life can not be undersold. You should not have to “put up with” or “just live with” these pains and hindrances when there is a better solution. Do not undersell your worth and happiness.
You must be an advocate for yourself and your health. There is little point in expecting others to value what you want if you don’t value it yourself. I am simply adhering to my pledge to help others accomplish more and live a life more than just satisfactory. I am certain of my worth of knowledge and application to begin the journey of your goal achievement. We will work together to build strength, decrease symptoms, and accomplish what matters to you the most. I am here to give you the steps and exercises needed to give you the relief you are looking for.
Bottom line: I am here to help you get back your life, but at the end of the day, I want you to realize what you are worth and what your happiness is worth. If you choose to work with me, fantastic, but if not, take the steps you need to today to be better tomorrow. You owe yourself.
